After more than a decade of a successful journey and a record full of achievements in the field of tunnel excavation, and the increasing demand for utility tunnels in the local market, Hassan Allam Construction established (Saudi Tunneling Contracting Company – STCC) as one of its branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in January 2008, in Jeddah, as an independent entity to manage and develop tunnel excavation operations.

Saudi Tunneling Contracting Company was an old dream of Engineer Magdy Allam - the founder, a dream that was realized thanks to Engineer Khaled Hassan - the CEO of Saudi Tunneling Company, due to his extensive practical experience in utility tunnels with all their technologies, as well as his broad and strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, clients, and contractors, and his record full of achievements and delivering results.

The founder and CEO combined excellent capabilities in the tunneling field and vast experience in providing engineering solutions with multiple tunneling techniques to overcome obstacles and barriers and cross roads without disrupting traffic, extending pipelines underground, in addition to business development skills, market research, strategy formulation, project improvement, and the ability to form and develop culturally diverse teams.
