Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company

Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company – an Egyptian joint-stock company – established pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 259 dated February 6, 1965, and the provisions of Law No. 159 of 1981, registered in the Commercial Register No. 10778, Cairo City, on June 19, 1988, and the Capital Market Law No. 95 of 1992.

The company undertakes all public contracting works, civil constructions, utilities, precast concrete works, housing of all types and levels, hotels, hospitals, administrative housing, and public facilities of various types and purposes, as well as manufacturing, supplying, and installing ready-made housing and any other forms of prefabricated production. It trades in all these activities, engages in import and export, and carries out its mentioned purposes both within and outside Egypt. The company may participate in any manner in entities that conduct similar activities, in accordance with the law and its executive regulations.

The company has been listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange since June 19, 1997.

Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company is considered one of the leading companies in the field of contracting and real estate investment. The company received the Production Shield from the Supreme Committee for Work and Production Incentives in 1989 due to its outstanding performance in executing works and achieving production goals at rates significantly exceeding targets. It has adhered to the highest standards of quality and safety in its operations, as evidenced by obtaining various ISO certifications in quality, occupational health and safety, as well as environmental quality.
