Arkan Real Estate Development Company

 Arkan Real Estate Development Company was founded in Egypt in 2013 by its founder, Mr. Emad Eissa, who launched through it the "Build It" initiative (in 2017), the company's first initiative towards achieving its overall vision. This vision aims to link construction and real estate development with serving the Egyptian citizen to provide suitable housing for various segments of the population at cost price with a profit margin of 10% to 15%, while maintaining quality and adhering to the Egyptian code.

We work on providing all real estate services, and the company takes great pride that after eight years of work and expansion in the Egyptian market according to a clear strategy, it has managed to achieve its first goal, the "Build It" initiative, transforming it from merely a vision and a dream on paper into a tangible reality.
