Long before the discovery of oil in Kuwait in the 1930s, we, the Al-Sayer family, had established ourselves as pioneering merchants in foodstuffs over the previous two decades. 
In 1954, Mr. Nasser Mohammed Al-Sayer traveled to fulfill his great dream of importing the first Land Cruiser from Japan. Ultimately, these efforts led Mr. Nasser to found Al-Sayer Company with his brother Mr. Bader, who was a great supporter of business development. Over the years, and through great vision, strong leadership, and commitment to customers and employees, Al-Sayer Company has managed to build diverse and multiple businesses representing leading global brands, including Mohammed Nasser Al-Sayer for Toyota and Lexus sales service and spare parts, Al-Bahra Trading Company for Hino, Bobcat, and Doosan heavy equipment, Al-Sayer Engineering Company for Yokohama tires, Kofran for oils, Nexa for car paint, car rental, leasing and insurance, Kaf for animal feed, Al-Daw Holding Company for investment, and real estate divisions.
