ASAS Developments

Asas Al Aqaria was established as the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank in 2007. It began managing the bank's real estate assets in addition to those of the bank's clients and built a diverse real estate portfolio, expanding to include thousands of customers.

 Asas Al Aqaria operates in property and real estate asset management, facilities management, construction and infrastructure works, and real estate development and investment, aiming to capitalize on opportunities in the UAE's real estate market.

 It also works to combine financial profit with community service by applying the concept of Islamic economics, which is based on dealing with assets in wealth investment to add value to society through real estate development. Over the past years, Asas Al Aqaria has managed and sold over 50 million square feet of residential and commercial properties and land, and it seeks to invest in available opportunities in the UAE's real estate development market in particular, with a trend towards considering investment opportunities outside the country.
