Ezdan Holding Group

The steps taken by the Ezdan Holding Group over the past five decades have mirrored the image of Qatar in its development, as the company transformed from a sole proprietorship to a joint-stock company. The roots of the Ezdan Holding Group date back to 1960, when it was founded as a private company under the name Thani bin Abdullah Housing Group. In early 2007, after going through several stages, it was converted into Ezdan Real Estate, which became a public joint-stock company within the same year. 

The company has played a vital and fundamental role in the State of Qatar by achieving diverse accomplishments, including preparations for the 2006 Asian Games "Asiad," through building residential complexes to serve the major sporting event, and contributing to the success of other sports events as well as sponsoring and supporting them, as was the case with the 2011 Arab Games.
