Its headquarters are located in Dammam City, and it operates in compliance with Islamic Sharia principles with a capital of 142,780,000 Saudi Riyals.

The Capital Market Authority granted Arbah Capital a license to practice business in activities including dealing as a principal and agent and underwriting, investment fund and private portfolio management, arranging, advisory, and securities custody activities. The company's main activities include asset management, real estate investment, private equity, corporate finance, brokerage, wealth management, custody, and advisory services.
