The Joint Group Contracting Company was established in 1965  and, by the grace of God Almighty and then through the sincere efforts of its management and their dedication and perseverance, it grew to become a public shareholding company listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange since 2006, as the company's successes quickly followed one after another and its revenues increased from 50,000 Kuwaiti dinars (approximately 167,000 US dollars) in 1965 to over 154 million Kuwaiti dinars (approximately 502 million US dollars) with a capital of 17,157,606 Kuwaiti dinars (approximately 66 million US dollars) in 2022 . The Joint Group Contracting Company has continued to achieve growth and significant accomplishments over the past five decades, greatly contributed to by its workforce that includes an elite group of specialists in all engineering, administrative, and technical fields with recognized expertise in the contracting sector across the Arab world.
