 The Saudi Real Estate Company for Infrastructure (Bunyah) was established in early 2017, in the heart of Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as a result of a partnership agreement between two leading companies in the Kingdom: "Saudi Real Estate Company" in development and real estate investment (with a 60% share), listed on the Saudi stock market and owned by the Saudi Public Investment Fund, and Mohammed Al Ali Al Suwaiyel Trading and Contracting Company "MASCO", a leader in contracting and construction, especially in infrastructure project construction (with a 40% share).
