Developing the areas adjacent to the Holy Mosque in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Owning, developing, managing, investing in, purchasing, and leasing properties adjacent to the Holy Mosque. Undertaking all necessary engineering works for construction, development, maintenance, demolition, and surveying related to them. - The company may achieve its purposes in all areas adjacent to the Holy Mosque in Makkah Al-Mukarramah in multiple phases, in line with the implementation of the royal directives and the royal order issued in this regard.
- Additionally, the company may, as mentioned, undertake any necessary or complementary activities to achieve these purposes, either directly or in partnership with other companies.
