Gludo directory publishing terms

Last updated: June 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to every publisher who registers or submits content on Gludo, including event organizers, business listing owners, and freelancers.

By submitting content for publication, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these terms.

2. Publisher responsibility for content

You alone are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information, text, images, links, and files you submit, including business names, descriptions, contact details, profile photos, and portfolio images.

You bear full responsibility for any false, misleading, incomplete, unlawful, offensive, or rights-infringing content, even if Gludo staff reviewed or approved the submission.

3. Gludo's role

Gludo is an online platform and directory that displays publisher content to the public. Gludo does not assume responsibility for verifying every detail, the appropriateness of every image, or your compliance with applicable laws.

Gludo may review content before or after publication as an internal administrative step. Such review does not transfer liability to Gludo or constitute a warranty of quality or legality.

4. Prohibited content

You may not publish content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or that includes third-party personal data without permission.

You may not use images or text that you do not have the right to publish or display commercially.

5. Images and portfolios

When uploading images to your profile, listing, or event, you warrant that you have the right to use them and that they comply with law and public decency.

Images may be subject to admin review before public display. Rejection of one image does not shift liability for any other content you submitted.

6. Indemnity and disclaimer

You agree to indemnify and hold Gludo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

Gludo makes no guarantee regarding publication outcomes, traffic, leads, or commercial results from directory exposure.

7. Suspension and removal

Gludo may refuse, suspend, or remove any content or publisher account, in whole or in part, without prior notice if it suspects a breach of these terms, the law, or public interest.

Gludo may update these terms. Continued publishing after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
